Our properties are intended for holiday rental, according to the first paragraph of the article 1 (lett. C) of the Italian Law n°431/1998.

Tenant Responsibility

For the entire duration of the stay, the tenant is responsible for the property and in her care. The tenant is also responsible for the proper conduct of all occupants of the rental property and for leaving the property clean and in good order. Under no circumstances the number of occupants should exceed those indicated in the property page. The tenant is obliged to pay the damage deposit of € 150,00 in cash upon arrival. The amount will be return to the tenant at the moment of the check out, reduced of any damage incurred.

In case of breach of one or more obligations, the contract will be automatically rescind. Italian law only applies, also for what is not predetermined by this contract.

The price of stay is all inclusive and includes:

  • water, gas, electricity, bed sheets, hand towels
  • for stay of 5 days or more, cleanings of the apartment in the middle of the stay (every 4 days in case of stay of 1 week or more; every three days in case of stay of 6 days) with change of bed sheets and hand towels
  • final cleanings

Stay tax (currently 2€ per person, per day of stay) is not included and will be paid by cash by the guests at the checkout.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, the total price of reservation will be charged.
