What's included in the rental?
All rentals include water, gas, electricity, bed sheets, and hand towels. For stays of 5 days or more, we provide cleaning service in the middle of the stay with change of linens. Final cleaning is also included.
What's your cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, the total price of reservation will be charged.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, a damage deposit of €150.00 must be paid in cash upon arrival. The amount will be returned at checkout, reduced by any damage incurred during your stay.
Is the tourist tax included?
No, the stay tax (currently €1 per person, per day) is not included and must be paid in cash at checkout.
What are the responsibilities of tenants?
For the entire duration of the stay, you are responsible for the property. You must maintain appropriate conduct and leave the property clean and in good order. The number of occupants must not exceed those indicated on the property page.
How often is cleaning provided?
For stays of 5 days or more, cleaning is provided every 4 days (or every 3 days for 6-day stays) with change of bed sheets and towels. Final cleaning is included for all stays.
